The work has evolved

The Power Table began as a space to track and analyze what was happening in the world—
especially around women, power, and harm.

But the world has changed. Rapidly.

And with that change came a deeper clarity:

Women do not just need awareness.
We need power.

We still look closely at what’s happening -
to decisions, narratives, and patterns shaping women’s lives.

But now, we use those moments differently.

We teach women how to build internal power, strategic power, and public power, so they can think clearly,

act decisively, and stop shrinking inside systems that were never built for them.

Most spaces teach women how to cope, adapt, or be more confident inside existing systems. We do something different.

Power is not personality.
It’s not something you’re born with.

It’s something you build.

We teach women how power actually works - how it shapes behaviour, limits choices, and rewards compliance.
